As part of our industrial exposure, we, students of the BBA 2nd semester, had the opportunity to visit Nebico Ltd. at Balaju Industrial Estate on Shrawan 2082. Being one of Nepal’s oldest and most popular biscuit manufacturers, Nebico offered us an exciting chance to see how everyday products are made and managed on a large scale.
During the visit, we closely observed the entire production process—from raw material handling to packaging and quality control. Company representatives also elaborated on the significance of branding, marketing strategies, and building consumer trust, key factors that have helped Nebico stay competitive in Nepal’s food industry. It was fascinating for us to see how the theoretical concepts we learn in management classes are applied in real industry settings.
This industrial visit deepened our understanding of business operations, supply chain management, and product innovation. It also inspired us to appreciate the importance of consistency and strategic planning for long-term business success. Overall, the visit to Nebico was both informative and motivating, enriching our perspective as future business professionals.
